Delivery
The available delivery time slots are 11am to 3pm and 3pm to 6pm. Kindly note that time of delivery is subject to road and weather conditions.
Delivery Charges
We deliver island-wide to residential and office areas within Singapore at a standard delivery fee of $10 per bouquet/arrangement. All additional entry fees charged upon entering Central Business District (CBD), as well as car park fees incurred (if any) will be absorbed.

Exceptions: Additional delivery charge of $10 applies for delivery to the following areas: Marina Bay Sands, Sentosa, Airport Terminals
Unsuccessful Delivery
Please ensure that recipient is at the delivery address during the stipulated date and time indicated.
Chasing Blooms will not accept responsibility for late/failed delivery in the following circumstances:

Incorrect or incomplete address given

Intended recipient not present
-
No such person at delivery address
-
No valid means of contact

Vehicle is subject to delays from building management/security
Re-delivery

In the event of an unsuccessful delivery, customers can request for a re-delivery at a standard $10 re-delivery fee

Item will only be re-delivered after payment has been received

Re-delivery timing is subjected to Chasing Bloom’s scheduling

Lost/Damages

Once items have been delivered/delivery order has been signed, we will not be responsibility for any lost or damaged items.

Refunds & Cancellation

Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance. Any cancellation after this will be charged at 100% of the order value. To cancel a delivery, please email us at hello.chasingblooms@gmail.com. If the item is being delivered/ has been delivered, cancellation is not allowed.
